Which currency are the prices I see on the site?
All prices are in US Dollars.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Our best effort is made to ship out items as soon as possible  This is usually within 48 hours of an order placement. 

I am not fully satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there is an issue?
We offer a money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. Send the item back within 30 days for a full refund. The customer must ship item(s) back at your own expense, once received we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include name and order number on the returned parcel(s).
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return processed before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
The answer is yes. There is no penalty for an order cancellation. The order must be cancelled prior to shipping. If the item(s) is/are shipped, please use the easy return system mentioned above to get a refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If an error is made in the spelling or an incorrect incorrect address entered, just send an email to sales@janewaygoods.com after you have received an order confirmation email from us.  If the address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission of shipping information.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on the fulfillment location. Every effort is made to get the items from the closet fulfillment center based on your location. The mean time for shipping is 10 - 15 days.
